Jewish Bible Study Experience (JBSE)
The JBSE Series is designed for non-Jews to illustrate the Jewish perspective on topics in the first five books of the Bible.
The JBSE Series is not intended as a comparative religion or interfaith discourse. Rather, the Rabbi provides an alluring Jewish prospective on topics covered in the first five books of the Jewish Bible!
Each JBSE session is independent and does not require attending previous sessions.

This text-based study group will give you the fundamentals of Kabbalistic wisdom, and enable you to rise above the tedium of everyday life. We are currently studying the book of Tanya, written by the founder of Chabad, Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Liadi. It is the foundational book of Chasidism. It contains a broad philosophical and spiritual message, provides an all embracing world outlook and way of life, which sees the Jew's central purpose as the unifying link between Creator and Creation, and creates harmony between body and soul. For more than two hundred years, the Tanya has been studied by those who know of its insight and wisdom with the devotion and the intensity usually associated with the Bible and the Talmud.
This class is for advanced students who have some background in the fundamentals of Kabbalah.
Taught by Rabbi Zalman Marcus.
